Context: The client migration team facilitates the transition of clients from legacy systems to target platforms. As a centralized department, we serve as the primary point of contact for any changes, including regulatory ones, that affect our wholesale banking clients at our client. Our role is crucial in ensuring that clients experience a seamless transition with minimal to no downtime.

Job Description: As a Lead Client Migration Manager, you will oversee one or more migration projects, each managed by individual migration managers. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of these projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client expectations. Your role involves managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
· Project Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction for one or more migration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
· Team Management: Supervise and support migration managers, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure all migration activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
· Resource Coordination: Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to optimize efficiency and productivity.
· Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
· Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the migration process.
· Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and outcomes for senior management.
· Work Environment: You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with various departments including IT, Product Management, Sales, and Client Services. Effective communication in English and Dutch is essential.

Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively lead a team of migration managers.

Knowledge & Experience:
· Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
· Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading multiple projects and managing teams.
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payments market and IT landscape.
· Client-Centric: Ability to translate IT changes into client-relevant actions and maintain a client-centric approach.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerBI.
· Leadership: Persuasive and able to manage resistance, with strong leadership and team management skills.
· Travel: Willingness to travel.
· Languages: Proficient in English and Dutch.
