The job family description:
IT Integrator jobs focus on project management and coordination of large initiatives, with strong tech knowledge, to be a bridge between different parties and to get to a result. The role is an IT coordination and planning function. The IT Integrator acts mostly on change initiatives that overarch different tribes, products, domains and/or teams, including global initiatives. They organize the collaboration of all involved parties and roles. They create an overarching IT implementation plan and ensure that squads are aware of technical interdependencies so they can set their prioritization accordingly. The IT Integrator also coordinates the overarching IT-execution including the end-to-end-test.

Role impact of the IT Integrator:
Defines together with primary stakeholders the interdependencies and estimations of overarching features and epics, resulting in an IT implementation plan;
The primary assignment is to set up the implementation plan and then coordinate the implementation of this plan, with a strong focus on collaboration and dependencies between the teams of the different Tribes/Areas.

The IT Integrator works together with:
Architects, Asset Owners (Tribe Lead, Product Area Lead, Product Lead), Customer Journey Experts, Customer Operations, Data Consumers (e.g. Finance, Market Risk Management, Credit Risk Management), Data Owners, IT Business Analysts, IT Custodian (IT lead, IT Area Lead, Chapter Lead), Legal, Non-Financial Risk (Operational Risk Management, Information Risk Management, Compliance), Squads, External parties.
IT Integrator (“ITI”) positioning
The primary objective of the ITI is the coordination of the realization of software solutions (i.e., systems), timely delivery, within costs, and scope constraints doing so ensuring successful project outcomes and results; ensures efficient, effective and timely feature delivery , across organizational entities, and between teams, identifies and removes obstacles, improving timely delivery and expected results. Facilitates Feature planning, cooperation between Teams and facilitates Feature delivery.

The IT Integrators:
Although working cross domain;
Are positioned in the hierarchical line of the IT Lead. As their function is closely associated with the delivery of IT-solutions (i.e. IT-applications);
Are to be grouped in chapters with a Chapter Lead IT Integrators to optimize craftsmanship and skill development and personal development of employees.
Can organize themselves as part of the IT Integrator community/guild guaranteeing craftsmanship and ensuring consistent way of work across the organization;
Are typically not part of the IT-delivery squad but works closely together with the IT-delivery squads.

Responsibilities of the IT Integrator in the delivery of features and epics.
The IT Integrator:
Decides together with the business representative who is in the lead of the change and the business parts of it. For instance, if there is a small business change the IT Integrator can be responsible for the total change. But when a Change Expert is coordinating the change the IT Integrator and Change Expert have to make an agreement about the responsibilities;
Defines together with primary stakeholders the interdependencies and estimations of features and epics, resulting in an IT implementation plan;
Defines together with primary stakeholders the project governance;
Coordinates the implementation of this plan;
Coordinates the end-to-end-tests and activation of the new IT solutions;
Has a strong focus of the dependencies of the features between the teams;
Has a strong focus on the collaboration between all stakeholders / teams;
Reports frequently the status of the IT change to the different levels in the organization.

Primary stakeholders are business, IT-delivery and architecture. These stakeholders own and provide the assignment and requirements for the IT-solution.

The IT Integrator work allocation & artefacts
Work allocation:
The IT Integrator work will originate from the QBR agreed items;
The Chapter Lead IT Integrator will allocate the IT Integrator to Tribes/ Areas/ Products/ Initiatives to work on and that will often be cross domain;
The business representative (e.g., Tribe Lead, Product (Area) Lead) determines the priorities of work.

Artefacts:
The implementation plan of the solution with epics and features including the dependencies between these;
The project governance with all stakeholders included;
The status report for the different levels in the organization;
The overall runbook for deployments (if applicable);
The Master test plan, Chain Test Coordination, Overall test report;
The project closure report.

Qualification
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years experience in a project management role, with proven track of international and complex
projects.
- Strong background in banking.
-experience with software package selection and integration
-fluent in English.

Desirable:
- Problem solving skills to find efficient ways of driving progress and removing impediments.
- Experience in IT as a project manager/functional analyst/architect.
- Experience working in a complex and challenging IT environment.
- Experience with agile way of working.
- Experience with vendor management.
- A team player with a make it happen mentality, eager to learn and ability to steer others towards
delivering with excellence.
