Omschrijving:
For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Business Analyst (TIBCO)
We are looking for an IT business analyst to support our TIBCO decommission within our Customer Data area by gathering and analysing the designs and requirements, facilitating communication between the different stakeholders and collaborate with multiple teams.
The IT Business Analyst is a key player in the cooperation between IT and Business stakeholders. You make complex changes happen within and across tribes (areas) and/or domains (departments). Your holistic view as well as your knowledge and understanding of both Business and IT are crucial in the translation of requirements into features and capabilities. You define and align the roadmaps between squads, tribes and/or domains and thoroughly manage dependencies.
Within the Customer Data area we are taking part of a joined initiative called "DISCO" to get all our processes, services, and applications to the new determined target(s). As an IT Business Analyst, you will define the improvement journeys and select the appropriate technical capabilities and/or solutions, positioning them within the existing architecture. You will conduct thorough analyses of the (IT) systems, processes, and technical dependencies, and collaborate with and manage dependencies between squads, tribes, and domains.
Your key responsibilities:
• Conduct analysis on the IT application and processes that are in scope of TIBCO
• Collaborate with multiple squads to gather and analyse designs and requirements.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Translate, analyse, and design new products and services needs into requirements for the IT landscape (blueprint).
• Define and implement detailed, step-by-step plans(roadmaps) on feature level (milestones) and contribute and guide on Epic (project) level together with involved squads, product owners, leads and feature engineers.
• Ensure stakeholders are sufficiently informed to support their decision making and prioritization.
• You guide and challenge the development engineers and squads when making implementation choices.
• Support squads, tribes and domains in prioritizing while ensuring (technical) dependencies are shared and understood.
• You collaborate and reach out across Tribes and functional borders and serve as liaison when needed.
• You will be part of a chapter together with other feature engineers. Within the chapter you will develop your skills, share experiences and guide or give input on help requests from your peers.
What do we expect from you
• Experience or basic knowledge of TIBCO is preferred
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Superb interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proven experience in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations and solutions.
• Experience in implementing changes in an end-to-end context (covering all functional and non-functional aspects in close collaboration with multiple teams).
• Knowledge of industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems
• Proactive and agile mindset
• You are a solutionist and opportunist
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in solution architecture, project management, requirements management, process analysis or similar (IT-related) position
