For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for an IT Integrator / Project Manager (Personalization, Migrations, Datalake).

As an IT Integrator you are part of the Tech community in the Netherlands and a key player in the cooperation between Business, Architecture, and IT stakeholders. You drive to make complex changes happen within and across teams and departments.

You will be part of a Chapter of IT Integrator for the Customer and Data Domain, spanning several Areas of interest: Customer Data, KYC and Onboarding, Fraud and 1:1 Analytics,Data Management

Within the ‘Fraud & 1:1 analytics’ area, which resides within the Customer & Data domain, we are continuously enhancing our personalization efforts, such as hyper-personalization and cross-selling. At this moment we have 2 projects that need a IT-Integrator:

The first is the migration and redesign of the Datamart for 1:1 Analytics, DM_CAN.
DM_CAN serves as our 360 degrees customer view by collecting all relevant data about customers, the products they possess and how they use their products. This is part of our datalake and we are currently in the process of re- designing and positioning this in our marketing technology stack.

The second is a project to bring the personalization level of the contact that our client has with the customers to a higher level.
With the client in the Netherlands we makes use of wide array of solutions which collectively are responsible for serving personalized communications (in the widest form) to our customers and prospects. The personalization landscape is in need of a refresh and we intend to simplify the landscape while at the same time improving our efficiency.

What you will do and what are your responsibilities
Within this assignment, you will work on:
• Set-up and steer the projects with many stakeholders to improve the personalization
• Provide the reports-out for relevant stakeholders.
• You provide insight into the overly complex business and IT landscape to give your stakeholders the insights they need to support their decision making in solutions and priorities.
• Support squads, tribes and domains in prioritizing while ensuring (technical) dependencies are shared and understood.
• You collaborate and reach out across Tribes and functional borders and serve as liaison when needed.

You will work together and align with 5 to 10 DevOps teams, engineering/product leads and the IT Area Lead.
So you have to be familiar with the latest technologies, architectural guidelines and agile Way of Working in order to be able to participate in various discussions and drive the implementations.

Must haves
• 10+ years experience in IT - Project management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create a network to get the right support for the program.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; an itch and self-motivation for solving technical and functional challenges.
• Knowledge and experience in personalization
• Experience with SAS, bynder, OneCMS or similar
• The ability to easily switch between details and a high-level overview.
• Strong social and communication skills; you are comfortable with collaboration and reaching out across Tribes and functional borders and serve as liaison when needed.
• Fluent English speaking and writing capabilities.
• Excellent time-management to deliver the key milestones of the program.
• Able to embed the delivered changes in the organization (way of working, skills, monitoring/reporting)
• Anticipating new insights and adjusting the activities needed to be both successful in the short and long term.
• Provide both summarized and detailed insights in the progress and impediments for different stakeholders (senior mgt to detailed steering)
• Looking ahead to timely identify impediments in the progress and dependencies and anticipate on them to prevent delay.
• Steer in impediments/dependencies and enable fact based and fast decision making to solve them.
• Proactive and agile mindset

• A master’s degree in IT (Engineering) or equal by experience.
